This great resource takes real-world videos—like music videos, movie trailers, news and inspiring talks—and turns them into personalized language learning lessons. Only disadvantage is that is a paid resource. But based on the free trial use I've experienced and the reviews I've read, it seems worth it!

This website is a nice resource of American English podcasts for a variety of levels from advanced learners to beginner learners. Repeatedly listening to native speakers helps students acquire not only pronunciation skills but listening comprehension skills as well.
